Brentwood Disposal Service is pleased to offer residents the following service options, which also include weekly recycling and yard waste collection of your standard residential collection service. This collection is ONLY for Marsh Creek residents served by Brentwood Disposal Service.

Marsh Creek residents, serviced by Brentwood Disposal Service have the following service:

Garbage: a choice of 4 different size containers: 20-gallon, 32-gallon, 64-gallon or 96-gallon Brown garbage container
Recycling
: a box of 32-gallon Blue Bags for Recycling (Each box containers 52 bags, for once a week pickup)
Yard Waste
: a box of 32-gallon Green Bags for Yard Waste (Each box containers 52 bags, for once a week pickup)

Recycling Service

Curbside recycling is included as part of your standard residential collection service. Every household has 1 blue bag blue for weekly recycling. Please fill the bag with only recyclable material. Please place the bag roadside, by 5 AM the morning of your scheduled pick up. Listed below are the materials that are acceptable for recycling. Please review the list of acceptable recyclable material below.

PLEASE be advised that Brentwood Disposal Service personnel are required to leave certain material that are not recyclable. Here are some reasons why the blue recycling bag was not picked up:
  • Materials are not included in the program
  • Materials are too heavy or large
  • Volume generated requires special pickup

Yard Waste

Brentwood Disposal offers weekly pickup of yard debris on the same day as your regular garbage and recycling collection.

With the new expanded service, all yard waste must go into the 32- gallon green yard waste bag. Brentwood Disposal Service will not pick up yard waste not in the green bag. Please review the list of acceptable yard waste material below.

*Please note, all yard waste must go in the green 96-gallon container. Pittsburg Disposal Service will no longer be picking up plastic bags.

Billing Information

Residential bills are sent to customers on the 15th of every month. Payment for service is due upon the receipt of our invoice. Customers who have not paid by the 15th of the second month following the billing month, will have their service suspended. For example, if a customer does not pay for January and February service, their accounts will be suspended on March 15th for lack of payment. Customers will receive a reminder statement stating that service has been suspended. Brentwood Disposal Service will pull all 3 containers 15 days after the suspended date. Brentwood Disposal Service will accept all appropriate material when we remove them. Customers must pay entire balance to resume service, including the month containers were scheduled to be removed. For example, a customer who was billed in January and was stopped on March 15th must pay for January, February and March to resume service. Accounts resumed after containers are pulled will receive a reconnect fee.

How to Pay?:

Customers can pay their bill 4 ways: 1) Online 2) Mail payment to PO Box 5397 Concord, CA 94524 3) Call Brentwood Disposal Serviceat (925) 634-1123 4) In person at 3231 Main Street, Oakley CA 94561.

Customers must pay by cash, check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee per check. Accounts stopped due to returned check must be paid in cash, money order or certified check.

Automatic Payments: Paying your garbage bill couldn't easier! Brentwood Disposal Service will automatically charge your credit card each month to pay your garbage bill. Follow these steps to sign up:

3. Click on Options; Automatic Payment
4. Click "Start Automatic Payment"
5. Click Enter

 Paperless Billing: Want to help us reduce paper? It’s easy! Follow these steps to save paper:

Free: Residential Oil Pick-Up Program

Please call Brentwood Disposal Service at (925) 634-1123 if you would like to order a free 6-quart oil container. Once the container is full, call Brentwood Disposal Service to pick it up free of charge. It's that easy!

Two Free-of-Charge Pick-Ups Per Year

All Brentwood Disposal customers, with regular garbage service, may call Brentwood Disposal Service to schedule Two (2) Free-of-charge pick-ups per year. Now you can choose the week that suits your family! Brentwood Disposal Service will collect up to 12 bags (32 gallon) or 12 boxes of household garbage or yard waste, weighing no more than 50 pounds each. If you have branches, please make sure to tie them in a bundle and that they are no wider than 18 inches by 3 feet long. WE WILL PICK YOU UP ON YOUR REGULAR PICK UP DAY. *This is in place of your Spring & Fall Clean Up. This does not include furniture, hazardous waste, or appliances. It is illegal and unsafe to put household hazardous waste in the garbage. If you have any hazardous waste, please bring it to the household hazardous waste facility in Pittsburg.
